About me

Every photograph begins with a meaningful connection to the person, place, or object being photographed.

Hello — I’m Eleni. I’m a photographer based in Athens, specialising in portraits for professionals and anyone who wants to present themselves in a way that feels honest, approachable and personal. I also photograph spaces and social events.

I began working as a full-time photographer in 2019. Before that, I worked in fields such as academic research, magazine publishing, and documenting museum collections. I studied Greek literature, photography, and visual culture.

When I started photographing people, I realised how rare it is to feel truly comfortable in front of the lens. Most of us aren’t models. And being told to “look at the camera and smile” simply isn’t enough.

So I set out to do something different. I wanted to create an environment where people feel at ease — a space where they can be seen as they are. That’s how my portrait studio was born.

Today, I work with business owners, professionals, creatives and individuals who want photographs that reflect who they are — images they can feel good about using and sharing. Images that support trust and connection.

My approach is simple: I listen carefully, offer quiet guidance, and take care with every step. I photograph in natural light (mostly), with minimal distractions, and I give you time — so that the process feels natural.

Whether we’re creating portraits, documenting a space, or photographing an event, the aim is always to produce something considered, clear, and connected to the person or work they represent.

If this feels like the right fit, I’d be happy to hear from you.
